The self-made degree of the 6-meter micro-circulation vehicle is higher than that of other models, and the process is different from that of other full-material procurement models. After the completion of the self-made five large parts of the vehicle body, the wheels are not completely installed, and the process transfer in the welding workshop cannot be carried out through the crawler. The welding workshop uses square steel to customize the transfer tooling according to the size of the vehicle model, and the vehicle body can be freely transferred on the tooling. At present, the workshop has produced multiple sets of transfer tooling, which has increased the transfer efficiency of the process by 30%.
