Recently, Li Jun, the head of the production department of Guangxi Sunlong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., participated in the "Model Worker Craftsman Entering Campus" preaching activity. The event was organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of Yongning District, Nanning, and Li Jun was invited to participate as a "model worker of Nanning in 2023".
That evening, Li Jun came to the Third Middle School in Yongning District, Nanning City to give a lecture on "Dreamchasers of Craftsmanship in Car Making" to over 100 teachers and students present. During the speech, Li Jun combined his personal growth experience with videos and speeches to tell the inspiring story of himself growing from a sheet metal worker and welder to a production department head, and from an ordinary apprentice to a versatile production worker.
