Recently, the Nanning Federation of Trade Unions announced the list of Nanning Workers' Pioneer Number and Worker Pioneer Post for 2024. The electrical team of the final assembly workshop of Guangxi Sunlong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been awarded the title of "2024 Nanning Worker Pioneer".

The electrical team is a production frontline team consisting of 13 workers from 3 key process workstations, mainly responsible for the installation of low-voltage wiring harnesses and high-voltage batteries for new energy vehicles. Has won titles such as Guangxi Sunlong Advanced Team and Safety Advanced Team.

This team won the annual production challenge of over a thousand vehicles in 2019. They worked together and completed the production of over a thousand vehicles with high quality and quantity. As a result, the team was awarded the title of Advanced Team by the company for that year.

In 2022, team members will take turns to assist in the installation and commissioning of new heavy-duty trucks and hydrogen fuel vehicles. In the same year, during the production of 60 Microcirculation 6-meter models, due to their small size, high configuration, and limited installation space, the team successfully overcame the difficulties of the Microcirculation model battery installation project and successfully completed the production order task through innovative solutions and teamwork spirit, despite tight delivery schedules and heavy tasks.

In 2023, the team assisted the company in the production and manufacturing of nearly 500 new energy vehicles, including hydrogen fuel trucks, buses, micro logistics vehicles, and box trucks. At the same time, working together with the entire production team, we have improved the first pass inspection rate of the entire vehicle to 98.65%, taking product quality and customer satisfaction to a new level.
