The "Safety Production Month" activity of Shanghai Sunlong 2025 has successfully concluded

In order to actively respond to the national "Safety Production Month" activity deployment, Shanghai Sunlong has carefully planned and implemented a series of effective safety activities - setting up 8 safety slogans and banners in the main production workshops, posting 18 safety and fire safety propaganda posters in public areas and workshop work sites, and arranging 12 accident warning signs over the years. At the same time, more than 200 employees from 12 departments and workshops were organized to carry out on-site warning and publicity activities. Through real case analysis, the safety awareness of employees was strengthened, and the concept of "safety first" was deeply rooted in people's hearts.

Hidden danger investigation: National participation in building a solid defense line

The company innovatively carries out activities such as "rewarding hidden dangers" and "safety rationalization suggestions" to stimulate the enthusiasm of all employees to participate in safety management. During the event, a total of 6 hidden danger investigation and rationalization suggestions were received from various departments and workshops, involving equipment safety, on-site management, and other aspects. All issues were rectified by the end of June. For example, employees in the final assembly workshop identified hidden dangers such as "disorderly stacking of items in the aisle of the final assembly education area", and the chassis workshop discovered safety risks such as "multiple deformations and lifting of the floor chain". The timely elimination of these hidden dangers effectively avoided potential accidents.

At the same time, the Supply and Logistics Department has collaborated with various production workshops to carry out safety assessments and fixed location management rectification of material storage points in workshops and warehouses. Through daily inspections, rectification, and supervision, a total of 41 fixed location management issues were identified and rectified, significantly improving the safety management level of production sites and warehouses.

Ability Enhancement: Training and Assessment to Strengthen Skills

To enhance the safety operation ability of employees, the company has organized safety training and exams for all staff. From June 16th to 30th, a total of 265 people from various departments and workshops participated in the training and examination of job safety operating procedures, covering the operating norms and precautions of each job. From the exam results, the employees performed exceptionally well, with all reference personnel reaching the 80 point passing line, fully demonstrating their solid grasp of safety knowledge.

In addition, from June 9th to 15th, the company also held a safety knowledge quiz activity called "Everyone Speaks about Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response - Finding Safety Hazards Around Us", and organized a safety knowledge competition. Through three rounds of intense competition, including mandatory answers, urgent answers, and written answers, the chassis workshop won first place, while the supply logistics department and debugging workshop won second and third places respectively, further consolidating employees' safety knowledge reserves through the competition.

In order to strengthen the emergency response capabilities of employees, the company conducted a special exercise on the "Emergency Plan for Electric Shock Accidents", simulating the scenario of "operators being electrocuted and unconscious while operating equipment control cabinets" and a special exercise on the "Emergency Plan for Mechanical Injury Accidents". Through practical exercises, the effectiveness of the emergency plan was tested, and the team's collaborative emergency response capabilities were improved.

Special inspection: precise measures to eliminate hidden dangers

The Safety Committee Office coordinated and organized a special safety inspection campaign, conducting special inspections on fire protection, electrical facilities, and mechanical safety. A total of 9 hidden dangers were discovered, and all of them have been rectified. The inspection covers key areas such as fire protection facilities, electrical circuits, and the operation status of mechanical equipment in the factory area. Through the closed-loop management of "inspection rectification review", the safe operation of equipment and facilities is ensured.
