1. The maintenance and maintenance of high voltage components and lines must be carried out by the electricians holding high voltage electrical certificate, and strictly abide by the electrical safety operation procedures (electrician certificate description: special operation certificate, electrician operation and maintenance certificate issued by the People's Republic of China).
2. When doing any operation on the high voltage system, first turn off the ignition switch and pull out the key, disconnect the 24V power manual switch, pull out the high voltage service switch, ensure that all controllers and relays are in an inactive and disconnected state, and wait for 5 minutes before operation.The ignition key is kept by the maintenance operator.
3. When maintaining the maintenance of high voltage system, insulation gloves and shoes should be worn, and special tools for high voltage insulation must be used. It is forbidden to directly touch the electrodes of ultracapacitors and power batteries without insulation protection.Under no case can we contact the positive and negative electrodes of ultracapacitors and power batteries at the same time.
4. During the maintenance operation of the high-pressure system, more than two staff members should be present to prevent accidental electric shock.
5. High and low pressure parts and lines are strictly prohibited to rinse with water, only can be washed with air gun or dry cloth wipe.
6. When welding the vehicle, always disconnect the connector of each control unit, otherwise it will damage the control unit.
