In 2017, Bao Deqiang joined Guangxi SUNLONG as an overseas service engineer of the After-sales Service Department. He has worked in Guangxi SUNLONG for six years and is currently stationed in Guangzhou to serve customers.

He went out at 8 o'clock and arrived at work before 9 o'clock. Like every ordinary working day, he came to the Daguan maintenance workshop and Xingyujia maintenance workshop of Guangzhou Zhenbao Bus Co., Ltd. in succession to communicate with the workshop leader whether there is a vehicle fault and coordinate to deal with it, so as to ensure that the customer can respond to the service problems encountered at the maintenance site as soon as possible.

During the on-duty visit, Guangzhou Zhenbao Bus Co., Ltd. had a failure that some of the vehicle supporting batteries could not be charged. The holiday was in the rush hour of passenger flow. The customer was anxious to solve the problem as soon as possible. Bao Deqiang immediately decided that he should first prepare for the attack. He couldn't afford to eat lunch. He checked and analyzed the cause of the failure at the first time. After several hours of troubleshooting, he finally found the problem. Regardless of drinking water, Bao Deqiang dialed the battery manufacturer's person-to-person phone, patiently coordinated with the staff to deal with it, and tracked it on the spot until the vehicle fault was solved.

The problem was successfully solved within the time required by the customer. The customer expressed his gratitude for the timely, efficient and considerate service during the Spring Festival holiday and gave a thumbs-up to Bao Deqiang.

My home is in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, and I stop to serve Guangzhou. It is very far from my hometown, and I seldom return home once a year. As the first-line after-sales service personnel, the customer will directly feed back the fault problems of the supporting manufacturers to them and ask for solutions as soon as possible. Sometimes the service and spare parts of the supporting manufacturers can't keep up, and Tang Huaquan always chooses to be positive when the customers don't understand or even scold him. Since engaging in after-sales service, we have to face all kinds of emergencies every day, and respond to changes with constancy. In order to ensure the safety and stability of facilities and equipment during the Spring Festival, Shanghai SUNLONG has set up a special support team, which is on duty 7 * 24 hours online, to guard the safety of equipment at all times.

Yang Weidong, an employee of the Safety Equipment Section of Shanghai SUNLONG Production Department, is one of the members of the special support team, responsible for the monitoring of the high-voltage power station during this Spring Festival. Yang Weidong has stayed on duty for the Spring Festival every year since he worked in this position for six years. In his words, "Spring Festival duty is a responsibility of this position".

The work content during the shift is to ensure the normal and stable use of high voltage power, and to be able to deal with problems in the power facilities as soon as possible, and feed back to the leader in charge. On the first day of the shift, Yang Weidong came to the unit early to understand the operation of the power facilities of the previous shift in detail, check the operation of transformers, switchgear and other equipment, and do a good job of shift handover. Regularly inspect various electrical facilities during work and record various data to ensure that all electrical facilities are in good condition and effective.

I feel guilty about not being able to reunite with my family during the Spring Festival. However, Yang Weidong has only one belief. 7. Pan Lei: Drive sales support with professionalism and efficiency

As a new member of the SUNLONG family, Pan Lei is engaged in sales management and support work, and goes all out to provide service and support for the frontline in almost full-time on-duty and real-time online working status.

In the first Spring Festival of SUNLONG BUS, Pan Lei undertook the duty of Spring Festival. The pace of his work did not slow down because of the Spring Festival. When he arrived at work at 8 o'clock in the morning, Pan Lei turned on his computer and began to collect talent information. At present, the major regions are in the stage of sales team construction and reserve. Pan Lei calls to communicate with the pre-selected personnel one by one to prepare for the recruitment of sales talents.

The pace of the New Year is getting closer and closer. Since his work, Wang Huinian has been conscientious and conscientious, and every day he has made every effort to do his job well. Because he knew that 35KV high voltage power station must be on duty 24 hours in accordance with national regulations, and patrol all kinds of electrical equipment and facilities to ensure that the company's electrical equipment and facilities are intact and effective. Their job responsibilities are related to the safety and stability of the company's equipment, and they should not be careless at all.

Work is trivial in others' eyes, but Wang Huinian doesn't think so. "Patrol inspection, meter reading and duty room cleaning of all electric equipment and facilities of the company. I think that since I do a job, I should try my best to do it well." During the duty period, I will arrive at the post at 8 o'clock, copy the meter every hour, and patrol the factory and workshop every three hours. Every time I find a problem that can be solved by myself, I will eliminate it, and if I encounter a problem that cannot be eliminated, I will report it to the immediate leadership. "

Liu Bin, deputy chief of the administrative department of Shanghai SUNLONG, is responsible for the work of the team and the guard. On January 21, New Year's Eve, the company temporarily needed vehicles. Liu Bin did not hesitate to respond to the demand at the first time, gave up the time of reuniting with his family, drove his car on the empty road and continued to perform his duties.

Is everything normal in the office area and workshop? Are the doors and windows locked? Have you checked all potential safety hazards? Have the personnel on duty been arranged? The elevator, corridor, basement parking lot and other key patrol areas in the holiday need to be checked and confirmed one by one every day. Every day, the sun never sets.

On January 25, the fourth day of the new year, the guard found that the company's water pipe burst due to the sudden drop in temperature during the inspection in the factory. Liu Bin coordinated the treatment at the first time, arranged personnel to close the main water pipe lock, and coordinated and arranged the follow-up emergency repair work. On the sixth day of the day, Liu Bin appeared in the unit again due to work needs. "The company is close to home.
