Recently, a delegation of Iranian clients, Mr. Dehsang and Mr. Nasseri, visited Shanghai Sunlong Bus Co., Ltd. for inspection and exchange. The two sides had in-depth discussions on deepening international production capacity cooperation, expanding public transportation business, and promoting the supply of key components. Shanghai Sunlong President Hu Ting, Vice President Zhou Xiangang, Vice President and President of Automotive Research Institute Wu Yongsheng, and relevant business personnel attended the meeting.

During the inspection, the Iranian client delegation provided a detailed introduction to the current development status of local bus companies in Iran. The enterprise has been deeply cultivating the local market for a long time, with self production and self sales as the main business model. It has accumulated rich experience in the field of regional public transportation operation. However, due to special factors such as the international situation, it faces practical difficulties in the procurement of core components such as chassis and engine, as well as the upgrading of vehicle technology. At present, it urgently hopes to expand overseas cooperation channels, connect with official public transportation order projects in the country, and gradually build a stable supply system for core components.
Hu Ting stated at the meeting that Shanghai Sunlong has always adhered to the development concept of open cooperation and attaches great importance to the cooperation opportunities with the Iranian market. The company will fully leverage its R&D and manufacturing advantages in the entire industry chain, accurately connect with Iranian customers' needs in terms of public transportation order landing, core component supply, etc., and rely on customized products, stable supply chain, and improved after-sales service system to promote the early landing and effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

Both sides conducted multiple rounds of pragmatic consultations on the direction of cooperation, with a focus on exchanging views on key issues such as Shanghai Sunlong's production capacity reserve, international certification adaptation, special configuration requirements for the Iranian market, selection of intended cooperation models, and stable supply of chassis and core components. The technical team of Sunlong Automotive Research Institute introduced customized product solutions based on local climate conditions, road conditions, and bus operation characteristics in Iran, and proposed a feasible cooperation path to break through external technological constraints and ensure stable supply of core components.
This exchange has laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between both parties. Next, Shanghai Sunlong will continue to implement the "going global" strategy, deepen international production capacity cooperation, and support the development of global public transportation with high-quality products and professional services, continuously enhancing the international influence of Chinese bus brands.
