The difficulty is that the high voltage system of 371 vehicles of Songzheng System ordered by Wushi Treasure has unstable failure. Due to the remoteness of Xinjiang, including the impact of the epidemic, the logistics and delivery speed of high-pressure accessories is slow, resulting in the long-term shutdown of dozens of failed vehicles waiting for materials, which has brought considerable operational losses to customers. In the process of solving the problem, I did encounter many difficulties. Whenever I lack confidence, I would think of Yin Changyong, the deputy manager of the After-sales Department, his serious and responsible attitude towards the work, and draw the power from him to face the difficulties directly.
Q: What is the biggest difficulty you have encountered and how can you solve it?
In May 2014, the first batch of 200 vehicles entered Urumqi Zhenbao Bus Co., Ltd. They just arrived at the site and were not familiar with the place of life. They were hit everywhere. After the vehicle had problems, the customer requested that all vehicle rectification work be completed within 50 days. Due to the cold weather, the vehicle rectification process is complex and the workload is large, so the company sent six rectification teams to the site to assist. Urumqi has just built a service station with a group of people and two pits. Only two vehicles can be rectified every day, and the progress is slow. After a week of basic familiarity with the work, I reorganized the personnel, and two groups of people became five groups of people, completing five to seven vehicles a day, greatly shortening the rectification time. The rectification of 200 sets in more than 40 days has been completed, which has been praised and recognized by customers.

There are software batch problems in the new energy vehicles ordered in the 21st year, and we hope to solve them as soon as possible.
