Recently, the CPC Nanning Municipal Committee and the Nanning Municipal People's Government announced the list of model worker, exemplary individual and exemplary organization of Nanning in 2023. Li Junrong, Director of the Production Department of Guangxi Sunlong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was awarded the title of "model worker of Nanning in 2023".

Li Jun, a member of the Communist Party of China, joined Guangxi Sunlong in 2015 and is now the director of the Production and Manufacturing Department. He has won the titles of "exemplary individual" and "Advanced Cadre" of the Group and the Company for many times, "Pioneer Post of Party Members" of the Company, "Outstanding Party Member" of the Group, etc.

Li Junjian has been on the production line for more than 8 years, crafting every car with craftsmanship. Since joining the company, Li Jun has led a production team to participate in the production and manufacturing of over 6000 new energy vehicles, including new energy city buses, new energy buses, micro cycle buses, box transport vehicles, hydrogen fuel light trucks, heavy-duty trucks (dump trucks), tractors, etc. Especially in 2022, despite illness, we persisted in our work and ensured the smooth delivery of domestic and overseas orders from Thailand, Vietnam, Kenya, Peru, and other countries throughout the year, helping more "Nanning made new energy vehicles" to enter domestic and international markets.

In 2022, in response to the company's product transformation and upgrading strategy deployment, Li Jun led the production team to participate in exploring the assembly process of new energy pure electric heavy-duty trucks, and completed the production and manufacturing of new models such as heavy-duty tractors and heavy-duty dump trucks with high standards. He also carried out the self-made production of the three major parts of the frame and body, driving design, process, and production. From tire film design, tooling production, and first vehicle verification, he achieved a breakthrough from "nothing" to "something". This alone saves procurement costs of approximately 5000 yuan per unit. At the same time, Li Jun led the establishment and improvement of a production anomaly management system. Since 2022, nearly 360 abnormal issues have been tracked and resolved on time. The organization plans to carry out self inspection and internal production review mechanisms, with a one-time vehicle inspection pass rate of 98.65%, which is at the leading level in the same industry. Since 2022, the production workshop has submitted nearly 400 rationalization suggestions, focusing on improving and perfecting production and business management, and continuously promoting lean production.

Li Jun is also committed to building a management team, actively carrying out "mentoring" work, planning and organizing the training of multi skilled workers, and the multi skilled worker rate has increased by about 50% year-on-year. At the same time, creating a strong atmosphere of "learning and catching up" in the production line, actively organizing worker representatives to participate in various city level vocational skills competitions, and achieving excellent results in various types of job competitions such as forklifts, high-voltage electricians, and team leader skills. Under the leadership of Li Jun, the production department has been awarded the title of "Excellent Department" multiple times. Various workshops and teams in the department have emerged with "Guangxi Worker Pioneer" and "Nanning Worker Pioneer", as well as "Model Worker's Home" in the entire region.
