On the afternoon of February 28th, the first plenary session of the second employee representative conference of Guangxi Sunlong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangxi Sunlong") was held in Room 3 of the company. A comprehensive review and summary of the work situation and democratic management experience and achievements of the first Guangxi Sunlong Workers' Congress was conducted, leading the majority of employees to continuously create new situations in enterprise democratic management work, and vigorously promoting the high-quality development of the company. At the meeting, the list of members of the presidium of the new Workers' Congress was voted and approved. More than 60 employee representatives attended the conference in total.
During the meeting, representatives carefully listened to the report on the preparation work for the conference. The report summarized the work of the first Workers' Congress of the company and the experience and achievements of democratic management in enterprises. They also put forward suggestions and hopes for the new Workers' Congress to better play its role in democratic management in enterprises. On the basis of full democratic discussion, the conference elected a list of members of the new Presidium of the Workers' Congress through a show of hands vote.
