According to the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China and the Management Measures for Compulsory National Standards, the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee to develop the mandatory national standard for "Safety Requirements for Intelligent Connected Vehicle Combined Driving Assistance Systems". A draft for soliciting opinions has been formed and is now open for public comment from all sectors of society. The deadline for soliciting opinions is November 15, 2025.
