On the morning of October 27, Hao Huaqing, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Laiyang Economic Development Zone, and a delegation of four visited Shanghai Sunlong Bus Co., Ltd. Jia Yingcai, President of Shanghai Manufacturing Business Unit of Dongxu Automobile Industry Group, Jiang Hongli, Executive Vice President, Zhao Yuanlai, Vice President of Marketing Business Unit of Dongxu Automobile Industry Group and other leaders attended and received warmly.
The delegation first came to the SUNLONG BUS Prototype Exhibition Center, listened to the introduction of the models by the staff in detail, and understood the parameters, performance, technical advantages and market sales of each model in an all-round way.
After listening to the introduction of the staff, the delegation boarded the sample vehicle to experience the driving experience of SUNLONG Panda Smart Bus. Panda intelligent bus is not only unique in shape, but also equipped with perception system, decision-making control subsystem and chassis system controlled by wire, which can realize L4 intelligent driving function; Low floor design, equipped with ECAS system, passengers can get on and off without obstacles. The intelligent driving system and comfortable riding experience were unanimously praised by the delegation.
Subsequently, the delegation visited the final assembly workshop, painting workshop, welding workshop and test center of SUNLONG BUS, and had a detailed understanding of the test center. SUNLONG Test Center mainly has more than 10 laboratories, including heavy hub laboratory, road simulation laboratory, drive system performance, power battery performance, parts performance test, etc., forming an all-round and multi-stage product test capability covering the whole vehicle and key parts. After listening to the detailed introduction of the staff, the delegation affirmed the production and R&D capability of SUNLONG BUS and its advanced manufacturing platform.
After the visit, the two sides had a discussion. At the meeting, Hao Huaqing introduced the development history and economic development direction of Laiyang Economic Development Zone, fully affirmed the production and R&D experience of SUNLONG BUS in new energy commercial vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and special vehicles, and hoped that in the future, in-depth exchanges, cooperation and common development could be strengthened.
