In terms of features, the design team has perfectly realized three characteristics: more convenient, safer and more efficient, combining with the product application scenario. In terms of convenience, the front and rear axle independent suspension wheel side electric drive system is adopted, which saves rigid axle and transmission shaft compared with the traditional direct drive system, and has high transmission efficiency; Full flat low floor and large passageway suitable for urban road application shall be adopted for the whole vehicle to facilitate the elderly, children, disabled and other groups to get on and off the vehicle and pass without obstacles. In terms of security, it covers three dimensions:

1、 The lightweight design of the whole vehicle is adopted, and the fully loaded body is sealed with a closed loop structure. Through various simulation calculations and rollover tests, the passenger travel safety is guaranteed to the greatest extent.

2、 The efficient application of wheel drive technology greatly improves the stability of the whole vehicle. It can greatly improve the problems such as vehicle jitter when going uphill, backward sliding, excessive turning inclination, and excessive body sway in rugged sections.

3、 Fully apply highly intelligent auxiliary driving systems, such as lane departure warning system, radar ranging collision system, pedestrian warning system in front, driver unsafe behavior monitoring system, etc., to assist drivers and passengers in driving through intelligent and humanized driving.

In terms of efficient operation, the effective standing area has been greatly improved and the vehicle quality has been greatly reduced. Taking the 8.8m model as an example, the effective standing area of this model is 25% higher than that of the 8.8m traditional pure electric model, approaching the level of the 10.5m traditional pure electric model. At the same time, the vehicle quality of this model is 800 kg less than that of the 8.8 meter Jitong pure electric model, and the working condition energy consumption is reduced by more than 20%, which is at the leading level in the industry.

The other all aluminum micro cycle model adopts personalized style design and features panda face. The most intuitive feeling is that it is lively, yet dynamic and elegant.

This model has achieved the full application of aviation aluminum in the body materials, and meets the bus service conditions in hardness, compression resistance, oxidation resistance, etc.

On the basis of ensuring the rigidity and hardness of the whole vehicle, the full bearing structure of the full aluminum body of the whole vehicle realizes lightweight design. Compared with the steel body, the weight is reduced by 30%, the energy consumption per hundred kilometers is reduced by 15%, the power is increased by 15%, the climbing ability is increased by 30%, and the endurance mileage under the same charge is increased by 20%.

At the same time, the design team took inspiration from the traditional Chinese architecture through many twists and turns and innovatively developed the aluminum body birch socket beam structure to perfectly solve the technical problem of aluminum body that aluminum materials are not suitable for large-scale welding.
